ABOUT US - WUF13 VOLUNTEER CENTER

The World Urban Forum (WUF) is one of the world's leading global platforms dedicated to sustainable urban development, organized every two years by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat). WUF13, which will be held in Baku from 17 to 22 May 2026, will bring together thousands of participants from around the world to discuss the future of cities, inclusive communities, climate challenges, and social sustainability.

The WUF13 Volunteer Center serves as the main coordination hub for the volunteer program. It is where the recruitment, interview, and training processes are organized, and where volunteers receive information and support. The Call Center plays a key role in responding to inquiries, guiding applicants through the process, and providing continuous assistance throughout all stages of the volunteer journey.

Within the WUF13 Volunteer Program, volunteers will support a wide range of operational areas, including protocol, transportation, registration, media, information technology, venue and city operations, as well as guest reception and guidance. Our mission is to build a dedicated, well-prepared, and motivated volunteer team that will contribute to the successful delivery of this prestigious international event, while also empowering young people through meaningful experience and professional growth.
